Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026

AxeVault is a place to organize the instruments you love and to interact respectfully with our team and other users. This policy explains what is and isn't allowed.

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everything you upload, post, send, or otherwise share through AxeVault — including instrument records, photos, notes, profile information, support messages, replies on support threads, and any other current or future user-to-user feature. Breaching this AUP is a breach of our Terms of Service.

2. Be the owner of your content

  • Only upload content you own or have permission to use.
  • Don’t upload photos of instruments that aren’t yours without the owner’s consent.
  • Don’t upload other people’s personal information.

3. Prohibited content

You must not upload, post, or share content that:

  • Is illegal in the United States or in your jurisdiction.
  • Infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Is sexual content involving minors, or sexualizes minors in any way. We report such content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the appropriate authorities.
  • Promotes, glorifies, or facilitates violence, terrorism, self-harm, or human trafficking.
  • Harasses, bullies, threatens, defames, or targets individuals or groups on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Contains hate speech or incites violence.
  • Discloses private information about another person without consent (“doxxing”).
  • Is sexually explicit, gratuitously violent, or otherwise obscene.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Is spam, scams, phishing, fraud, pyramid schemes, or deceptive solicitation.
  • Is used to launder money or evade sanctions.
  • Impersonates Reliant Goods LLC, our staff, another user, or any real person or organization.
  • Misrepresents the provenance, condition, authenticity, serial number, or value of an instrument with intent to defraud anyone (including insurers).

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Use AxeVault to harass, threaten, or stalk other users or our staff.
  • Attempt to access another user’s account, data, photos, or tickets.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, paywalls, or other security controls.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without our written permission. Responsible disclosure is welcome through Support.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code, except where allowed by law.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the service, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Send automated traffic, denial-of-service attacks, or anything that disrupts the service or other users.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the service without our written permission.
  • Use the service to send unsolicited marketing or bulk messages to other users.
  • Misuse support channels (e.g. submitting tickets you know are false, or abusing staff).

5. Account and identity

  • One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Don’t share your login credentials.
  • Keep your contact email accurate so you receive security and billing notices.

6. Reporting violations

If you see content or behavior that breaks this policy, report it through the in-app Support page. Include enough detail (links, screenshots, descriptions) for us to investigate.

7. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion and where appropriate without prior notice, take any of the following actions when we believe this AUP has been broken:

  • Remove or hide offending content.
  • Warn the account holder.
  • Restrict access to specific features (for example, posting on support threads).
  • Suspend or terminate the account.
  • Retain and disclose information to law enforcement or other authorities where required by law.

Where reasonable, we will tell you what rule was broken and give you a chance to appeal through the in-app Support page. Some violations (for example, child sexual abuse material, credible threats of violence, or active attacks on the service) will result in immediate, permanent termination without prior notice.

8. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change.
