Terms of Service

Last updated: June 30, 2026

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Reliant Goods LLC governing your use of AxeVault. Please read them carefully.

1. The agreement

By creating an AxeVault account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use AxeVault. The service is operated by Reliant Goods LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “our”).

2. Who can use AxeVault

  • You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA / UK) to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.

3. The service

AxeVault lets you catalog instruments, attach photos, track values, and generate insurance reports. We provide the service “as is” and may add, change, or remove features over time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that negatively affect paying subscribers.

4. Subscriptions and payment

AxeVault Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are displayed at checkout and may include tax. Full billing terms — including renewals, cancellations, and refunds — are in our Refund Policy.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the instruments, photos, notes, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant Reliant Goods LLC a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, transmit, display, and back up Your Content solely to operate the service for you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to short technical retention in backups.

You are responsible for Your Content. You warrant that you have the right to upload it and that it does not infringe third-party rights or break any law.

6. Acceptable use

AxeVault includes features where users can post content and interact (for example, the in-app Support threads and any future community features). Your use of the service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. Breaching the Acceptable Use Policy is a breach of these Terms.

7. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or if we are required to by law. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the issue. You may close your account at any time from Account → Security.

8. Intellectual property

The AxeVault name, logo, design, software, and content (other than Your Content) are owned by Reliant Goods LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose.

9. Third-party services

AxeVault relies on Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, storage, authentication) and Stripe (payments). Your use of those services through AxeVault is also subject to their respective terms.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AxeVault is an inventory tool, not an insurance product or a professional appraisal service — see our Disclaimer.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reliant Goods LLC and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reliant Goods LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Reliant Goods LLC consent to personal jurisdiction there. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of any protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date and notify you in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
