AxeVault is a personal inventory tool. Please read these limitations carefully before relying on the data, reports, or valuations the app produces.

1. Not professional advice

AxeVault helps you record, organize, and present information about your instruments. It is not a professional appraisal, insurance, legal, tax, or financial service. Nothing in the app constitutes professional advice. For valuations or insurance decisions, consult a qualified appraiser, broker, or insurer.

2. Valuations are user-supplied

Purchase prices, current values, and any other monetary figures in AxeVault are entered by you (or, in the future, suggested as estimates). Reliant Goods LLC does not verify, certify, or guarantee the accuracy of any value shown in the app or in any generated report.

3. Insurance reports

The PDF reports AxeVault generates are a convenient summary of the information you have entered. They are not an insurance policy, declaration page, or proof of coverage. Acceptance of any document by an insurer is at that insurer’s sole discretion. You are responsible for confirming with your insurer what documentation they require.

4. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running correctly but do not warrant that data, photos, or reports will always be available, error-free, or up to date.

5. No liability for loss

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reliant Goods LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, denial of insurance claim, under-insurance, theft, or other harm arising from reliance on data, valuations, or reports produced by AxeVault. See the limitation of liability in our Terms of Service.
