Refund Policy

This page explains how billing works for AxeVault Pro, how to cancel, and when refunds are available.

1. AxeVault Pro

AxeVault Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly through Stripe at the price displayed at checkout (currently USD 17 / month, plus any applicable tax). Your subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

New AxeVault Pro subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first paid charge, for any reason. To request a refund, contact us through the in-app Support page from the email address on your account and we will refund the charge to your original payment method.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Account → Billing. When you cancel:

  • Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again.
  • Your account and instrument data stay in place; you can resume Pro any time.

Outside the 14-day window, partial-month refunds for unused time are generally not provided — cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current month.

4. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we’ll show a banner in the app and Stripe will retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription will lapse and Pro features will be paused until a successful payment is made.

5. Price changes

We may change subscription pricing. We will give existing subscribers at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase takes effect on their account, and you may cancel before the change applies.

6. Taxes

Prices may be shown exclusive or inclusive of tax depending on your location. Stripe calculates and collects any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST at checkout where required.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing problem, please contact us first through Support — we’ll almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended pending resolution.

8. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
